The Northwest Chapter had a day outing to the Veterans Memorial Museum and held our general meeting while there

IT IS AN OUTSTANDING MUSEUM --- A MUST SEE!!!  

The tall gentleman is Chip Duncan administrator at the Museum and the most knowledgeable tour guide I have ever met. Pete Slempa (on the left) Seal Team One Arranged the tour and Chip as our guide.

The Museums collection is wonderful even Alice Hickethier was impressed. the display cases have something from the Revolutionary War to today's conflicts. Weapons, Uniforms, Pictures and Stories of the Men and Women that served

Every Display is filled with outstanding artifacts and when you go plan to make it a day!

They even tell the story of our four legged service men and women. Here is the story of a K9 member of the Army. They also have horse stories. WOW what a place!!
