Memorial Day Service at NS Everett May 25th 2007

Honored guests included the mayors of Everett Ray Stepanson, Marysville Dennis L. Kendall, Representatives  from congressman Rick  Larson. Senator Patty Murray, Senator  Maria Cantwell

Chaplin told a very inspirational story of  his service and of the men with whom he served in Iraq

As part of the memorial a special remembrance was given in honor of Senator Henry Jackson whose vision and leadership made NS Everett possible

lays a reef in honor of those lost and missing in action escorted by PO1 Cortezano  and PO2 Morrison

We were grateful to have been invited by the Naval Station Everett to be guest at the Memorial Day Services. The Naval Station did a wonderful job of  honoring all those who were lost or or missing in all wars. it was especially poignant as troops are hunting for two missing soldiers in Iraq
