His duties include crowd control and he is the official greeter at all parties.

Reported in country to CosDiv11 for SeaLords and in time for the turnover of most of the division assets to the VN. Re assigned, first to a RAID Group in CTF 117 and then to CTF 116 RivRon V in Binh Thuy. From there was reassigned to HAL 3 for last five months of tour.

Alan Stephens
Alan served with Binh Thuy NSA. Repaired outboard engines, 6-V-53's, Skimmers, PBR's and some STAB's, then went up the Mekong to Chau Doc. Assigned to the V.N. group 212 (Operation Foul Deck) first on the YRBM 16 then to the YRBM 20.

Larry retired From the U.S. navy as CDR. He served in Vietnam as Commanding Officer of River Division 593 during all of 1969. Contact
